Vacataire(s) needed (Monday & Tuesday) at Telecom Paris in Palaiseau for next academic year.

The English section at Telecom Paris, in Palaiseau, is actively seeking one or more vacataires for the following time slots next year:

Mondays from 3:15pm to 6:30pm. General English Program. A group of about 15 1st-year engineering students in Semesters 1 and 2 (the level of the group will be determined in September and could be anywhere between B1 and C2
Tuesdays from 5pm - 6:30pm. General English Program shared with another teacher (a good team-teaching opportunity) A small group of lower-level A2/B1 2nd-year students (mainly international students) in Semesters 1 and 2.

Classes start on September 18th and run until June 7th. Due to the nature of our classes at Telecom, there will be gaps in the schedule where some classes won't be held. Of course we would be able to provide this information well in advance. We help vacataires with their program and lesson planning to ease the time-prep burden.

Vacataires, who have a principal employer, are paid €55/hr brut*
Vacataires who have a SIRET are able to bill Telecom Paris €75.9 euros TTC*

*Spoiler alert! These rates will increase a bit in September, but we don't yet have the final intel on how much.

Telecom Paris school is located at 19 Pl. Marguerite Perey, 91120 Palaiseau.

It's on the main bus lines from RER B Massy Palaiseau (buses 91.06 and 91.10). It's also walking distance from all the major IP Paris schools in the area (Polytechnique, ENSAE, ENSTA) and it a very short bus ride from the Université Paris-Saclay campus (CentraleSupelec, ENS Paris-Saclay, AgroParisTech etc).

If you're in the mood for some exercise, we are a 17-minute walk from the RER B station Le Guichet (with 350 steps).
