Independents' Forum - Saturday 22nd June

Independents' Forum - Saturday 22nd June

Here is the programme for the Independents' Forum meeting on Saturday 22nd June, 9.30-12.30/12.45.

The event will take place at :

ENOES, 62, rue de Miromesnil 75008 PARIS

Take the stairs at the back of the courtyard, go up to the first floor and we're in room 12 just opposite the stairs.

The usual metro station is Miromesnil or St Augustin, but as these stations are usually closed on Saturdays, we'd recommend getting off at St Lazare, taking the Cour de Rome exit and heading right into rue de la Pépinière. It's only a 5 minute walk. See map.

Independents' Forum - Saturday 22nd June

25€ for non-members

Please bring the amount to pay in cash.

Programme

9.30-9.45 : Welcome participants

There are coffee machines at the venue (50 ctms a cup) with a range of fairly decent coffees and we will also provide juice and viennoiseries.

9.45-10.00 : Feedback from members about the past few months concerning their activity: experiences with OPCOs, CPF dossiers, payment times etc.

10.00-10.15 : Update on quality certification (RP CFI) from our certified members.

10.15-10.45 : A look at the issue of invoicing and management software for independents and training organisations in the context of requirements concerning 'dématérialisation' and 'tracabilité'. We'd be interested to know how are members are advancing with these issues and what systems they have tried out or are using.

10.45-11.00 : Mary Kennedy will give an update on professional development opportunities for TLN members over the next 6 months.

11.00-11.15 : Quick break for coffee and informal exchanges between members.

11.15-12.30 : Presentation followed by a Q & A session with Andrew Wickham, expert in the French language training sector. Andrew will give us the latest insights into the reform and its implementation, with a particular focus on the impact on independent trainers and small training organisations.

12.30-12.45 : AOB

For those who wish to stay on for lunch, we have booked LE PERCIER at 4 Avenue Percier, Paris 8ème as of 1pm.

Unfortunately, it's not going to  be possible for us to livestream the session so that members can hook in from a distance (unless a solution appears between now and then). But we will do a write-up of the main points.
