ESTACA seeking talented vacataire English teachers

PROFILE:

We are looking for C1+/C2 level teachers who are enthusiastic about their students' progress and appreciate an active, learning-by-doing approach to teaching. You should be able to focus on improving functional skills with high added-value and provide personalized feedback to help students progress. Through personal experience, you have developed a passion for languages and the understanding of different cultures, and have become an inspiring figure who enjoys challenging their views and honing their skills. We prefer if you have experience in engineering with similar age groups, but it's not required as we tend to privilege soft skills and social science.

ROLE:

As part of our LV1 team, you will not only deliver the courses but also participate in their development as we deeply value diverse inputs. These courses cover a variety of topics and projects, including communication, ethics, sustainability, design-thinking & problem-solving. Grading time has been minimized to allow focusing on course preparation and resource sharing among teachers. Please note that all of our lessons are designed for small groups and scheduled Tuesday to Friday in a calendar set at the beginning of the year. Rate is 45€/hour CDDU and 63€ billing.
