1) URGENT - French doctor needs to practise oral presentation

A French doctor, Pathologiste – Département de Biologie et Pathologie Médicales, Gustave Roussy, Villejuif

is looking for an English trainer / language coach to help her practise giving a presentation she will have to make at a congress on 19/05.

The subject of the presentation is “The Pathologist’s point of view on improving diagnostic accuracy and leading to more effective patient management.” (in the context of breast cancer).

She can be free at the following times:

11/05 15h00-22h00

12/05 15h00-22h00

13/05 8h00-16h00

17/05 8h00-16h00

18/05 8h00-16h00

The sessions will be by Zoom.

2) IMT Business school

We are looking for experienced ESL/EFL teachers to join our talented teaching team for the 2022-2023 academic year.

Teaching opportunities are concentrated on Mondays and Fridays, with the possibility of teaching the entire day (6h) on either or both days. Availabilities are as follows:

1.     Monday Morning (8:30 - 11:45);

2.     Monday Afternoon (12:45 - 4:00);

3.     Friday Morning (10:00 - 1:15);

4.     Friday Afternoon (2:30 - 5:45).

Classes take place in three-hour periods, pay is approximately 65 euros / hour (paid monthly), and valid French working papers are required to be eligible for ‘vacataire’ status. Classes are delivered to a mixed engineering school / business school population on our shared Campus in Évry (45 minutes from Paris Gare de Lyon).

Applicants should be ready to deliver courses for the whole of the first semester (Mid-September to Mid-December) with the possibility of continuing in semester 2.  Experience in EAP/ESP is a bonus, although course guidelines, a common resource bank, and pedagogical assistance are made available for teachers

3) L’ATELIER D’A COTE VILLEJUIF

L’atelier d’à côté cherche intervenant.e.s de langue anglaise pour des cours jeune public.

Les cours ont lieu à Villejuif le mercredi matin et après-midi et le jeudi fin d’après-midi.

Nous cherchons une (ou plusieurs) personnes motivées pour intégrer notre équipe en cette fin d’année + éventuels cours d’été + rentrée 2022.

S’inspirant de Pickler, Montessori, l’éducation positive et la communication non violente, nous privilégions une approche ludique qui encourage l’activité spontanée des enfants (jeux, activités manuelles, jardinage,...)
