Volunteers needed to experiment a coaching method (with attestation)

Two of our coach members have been doing training in an Individual Group Coaching method called Coaching Poker Management. 

Yes, you learn how to play Poker but this is not the point. Rather, Poker is used as a pretext to work on exploring different postures as managers in high-stakes situations.

As part of their training, they both need to coach a full-day session with four participants. They will be doing this individually with a Coaching Poker Management Supervisor.

As they will be coaching in English, they are both looking for four native-English speaking volunteer participants to experiment in the method during a full day (two different days).

One request: they would prefer to coach individuals who they do not know well as the sessions can get quite personal and intimate. They could coach spouses of members or members who they don’t know and who might not know each other too well.

The concept: The poker game combined with coaching time stimulates the emergence of the participants' habitual patterns (resources and obstacles) and allows them to explore their postures as decision-makers/managers in high-stakes situations. Through his interventions, the coach suggests to initiate useful and immediately applicable changes in order to push their own limits.

At the beginning of the session, each participant indicates his or her "contract", what he or she wishes to work on (an operational issue related to the company, a personal issue as a manager): each participant sets progress objectives. A few examples of themes chosen: I have trouble developing a stable strategy, managing my strong emotions, I take too many risks, I am too stressed, I have to deal with a lot of issues, I procrastinate in my decision making, I hate commitment in the face of chance...
