Just in case you missed this information on the TLN blog, the TLN independents' forum will be held this year on Saturday 4th July from 10h-13h, by Zoom of course!

Nº de réunion : 821 0941 4080
Mot de passe de la réunion : 860797
This event is open to current TLN members only. Please think to renew your membership if it has expired!
NB: You will be able to join the session even before 10am to begin chatting with other members!
The main themes for discussion will be :
1) Feedback on the experience of teaching/testing digitally
What have the biggest challenges been?
Have those reticent learners now got used to the online format?
Are we missing face to face teaching at all?
How are things evolving in this regard, in higher education and ‘formation professionnelle’?
Has the fact that most teaching is now online affected invoicing rates?
We’d still like to have volunteers to lead the discussions on this theme!
2) The certification requirement
Our members who have begun the certification process will talk about the auditors chosen and what the process involves.
3) Being visible as a trainer/coach in this digital world : creating content, using social networks, finding your USP
Kristi Alcouffe and Sara Bruzy will lead the discussions on this theme using their action learning skills.
4) Subcontracting issues
We have had the request to explore the question of independents subcontracting work to other independents from a legal perspective.
What happens for example if a client cancels the hours that you had promised to an independent?
What are the risks if you don’t sign a ‘contrat de prestation’ with the independent?
5) TLN News
Update on TLN’s project to create a new entity dedicated to ‘formation professionnelle’ (OPCO & CPF funded-training) and provide a collective solution for the quality certification requirement.
Update on upcoming training opportunities.
6) AOB (time permitting)
We are counting on your active participation in this session! It’s about sharing our experiences and learning from each other.
Sorry we can't organise the usual lunch afterwards, but maybe we can have a proper meet-up at another point.
Look forward to seeing you on Zoom!
