Getting presence sheets signed at a distance

Working at the distance can make it complicated to get our presence sheets signed, especially if our students don't have printers & scanners at home.

Here is a site which allows you to sign a pdf document.

https://www.sejda.com/sign-pdf

With this site trainees can sign the document without printing it.

How to electronically sign PDF documents without printing them.

1) Go to https://www.sejda.com/sign-pdf
2) click on "upload PDF file" - choose the attendance sheet you need to sign.
3) Click on "I'm filling out".
4) Click on "sign" (at the top of the screen)
5) Click on "new signature"
6) Click on "draw" and create your signature by writing with the mouse or the touch screen on the white sheet of paper
7) When you are satisfied with the signature, click on "save" (at the bottom of the screen)
8) Add the signature to the document, you can adjust the size and rotate the signature by dragging the mouse
9) Click on "apply changes" to add additional signatures, click on "sign" (at the top of the screen) and repeat 4-9
10) Once the document is finished, click on "download".
11) Find the document in the "downloads" folder on your computer.

Thanks to Sue Thomas for passing on this information.

Thanks for this! I wonder how secure Seja.com is though....Any info about that? I've been using Docusign which adheres to the GDPR regulations.

Ah, security is another issue. How confidential are presence sheets really, I wonder? I wouldn't think a lot could be done with them by third parties. Good to have the Docusign reference as well. Thanks Margherita!
