Creating your CPF catalogue on the EDOF platform (guidelines and templates)

This has been a long time coming, I know! Some of you have already managed to upload your CPF catalogues without any help and you deserve a huge pat on the back if that's the case.

Our EDOF account has been blocked by bugs unfortunately and we are only able to start entering information on the EDOF site as we speak.

However, this has left me time to study the various guides meticulously so  that I understand how the system is supposed to work at least.

The most important thing to know about this system is that there are 3 levels to work on:

FORMATIONS - these are your courses (eg. BULATS-LINGUASKILL - Niveau Intermédiaire) with the detailed programme description.

ACTIONS DE FORMATION - these are the various declinaisons of your courses, for example where, when and how they take place, how much they cost and how to enrol for them.

SESSIONS DE FORMATION - these are the precise sessions of your FORMATIONS and ACTIONS DE FORMATION which students can actually enroll in.

As I proceed through each stage I'm preparing a guide/template with comments to help you understand how it works.

As a start, here are the templates I created for the steps FORMATION and ACTIONS DE FORMATION so that I can organise all the courses according to the EDOF format.
