Course Aims and Overview

In 3 days, this program delivered in Paris by Moera Saule, a certified trainer from Erickson International, introduces tools and methodologies that provide effective team coaching and facilitation skills for all kinds of meetings… in person or “virtually”.

The methodology builds enhanced creativity skills and strategic thinking group processes.

The structure and principles of this program foster innovation. Participants learn how to develop an energetic team-thinking environment in which innovative solutions become a consistent pattern. Leaders learn how to transform a group of individuals into achievement oriented high performance teams.  

Program Focus

The program develops skills for creating team alignment and trust, group decision-making protocols, team facilitation, whiteboard coaching and the development of a team charter, mission and vision.

Behind almost every great product or service is an effective and inspired team that can work with a single focus. Effective collaboration is the primary currency of a 21st century organization.
 
However, most people in the workforce today do not have a day-to-day experience of a working in a truly collaborative environment. When we tell the truth about personal experience of work, people report “being blocked” or “shut down.” In many organizations today, being a “team player” has become a euphemism for “doing what I say” or “working long hours.”
 
In this program the team facilitator builds a working understanding of how a truly great team functions.  Step by step, the practices assist the team coach to step in and develop streamlined, powerful team facilitation techniques.   The program builds an effective foundation for a powerful shift in the day-to-day interactions that organizations run on.
